  • CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER? To cancel your order please contact us immediately via email at, healingcobeauty@gmail.com. Please include "Order Cancellation" within the email subject and also include your order number. Unfortunately we are unable to edit an order after it is placed.
  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay,  PayPal, and the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? After successful completion of your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Within the shipping confirmation email you will receive a tracking number, this will only be after your order has been shipped.
