SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing time for orders is 2-4 days, meaning within this time your order is being packaged and prepared for shipping.
  • After your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our standard shipping method. Shipping time is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. 
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please ensure that you check your spam/ junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. 
  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please note that Healing Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after your order has been shipped. In any unfortunate event that this occurs, please contact USPS directly.
  • Please note that shipping time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

REFUND POLICY

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. 
  • To ensure that your order is correct please be sure to review your order carefully before submitting. 
  • In any unfortunate event that you receive your order and anything is damaged, missing, or incorrectly sent please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered via email at healingcobeauty@gmail.com.
