Mystic Medicine

Join us for an intimate evening of sound healing, guided breathwork, and embodied Jewish mysticism.

This will be a creatively peaceful evening, designed to drop you into a relaxed state where you can quiet the mind and open the heart.

What to Expect:

• 🩵 Opening: Calm landing and "flight instructions" for the group to meet, get into our bodies, and prepare for take-off

• 🌬 Ruach: A guided Kabbalistic breath session that incorporates mystical Jewish wisdom with contemplations on oneness and Divinity

• 🔔 Soundbath: An immersive musical journey to inspire a full-body "ahhh..."
